Core service · Work smarter

Software that fits how you actually work.

Client portals, internal tools, mobile apps and integrations. We start with one workflow, build a useful first release and improve it from real use.

What's included

What the work covers.

The main parts of this service. Your proposal lists exactly which ones apply to you.

  • 01

    Web apps and client portals

Logins, roles, dashboards and the screens your customers or staff use every day.

  • 02

    Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps, built from one codebase where that fits the project.

  • 03

    APIs and integrations

Connections between your site, CRM, accounting, payments and other tools, so data moves without copy and paste.

  • 04

    Internal tools

Admin panels, order screens and reports that replace paper forms and spreadsheets.

  • 05

    MVPs for new products

A first version of a product idea, built small enough to test with real users.

  • 06

    Planning and architecture

A technical plan covering data, hosting, security and the order of work, before build starts.

Deliverables

What you receive.

Concrete things you can open, read or use. The proposal says which of these are in your scope.

How we work

How the work runs.

Four steps, each with something you can review before we move on.

  1. Map the workflow

We follow one real piece of work from the first input to the final outcome and note who touches it.

  2. Scope the first release

We agree what must work at launch, what can wait and how we will know it works.

  3. Build and test

We build in visible steps and test with the people who will use it.

  4. Release and improve

We launch, watch how it is used and plan the next changes from what we see.

Who it's for

Is this for you?

Custom software makes sense when off-the-shelf tools no longer fit.

  • Teams running on spreadsheets

The same data is typed in more than once, and mistakes follow.

  • Businesses with a client portal idea

Customers keep asking for status, files or bookings by email.

  • Founders with a product idea

You want to test it with real users before committing to a full build.

  • Companies with tools that do not talk

Your CRM, accounting and website each hold part of the picture.

Start small on purpose

A first release that handles one workflow end to end is more useful than a long feature list that never ships. Extra features go on a list for the next round.

FAQ

Common questions answered.

If yours is not here, email us. We usually reply within one business day.

When should we build custom software instead of buying a tool?

When your process is specific to your business, when existing tools need workarounds, or when you pay for many features you do not use. If a standard tool already fits, we will tell you.

Can you build iOS and Android apps?

Yes. Where it suits the project we use one codebase, for example React Native or Flutter, so both platforms are built together.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, hosting accounts and documentation are handed over as agreed in the proposal, and your accounts stay in your name.

Can you connect to the tools we already use?

Usually, if they offer an API or a documented export. We check this during scoping and tell you about limits early.

How do we begin?

Tell us about one workflow that causes delays or mistakes. We map it, propose a first release and give you an itemised proposal before any build starts.
