Working with JKPRO

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Start with SEO, a website, a software build or IT support. We agree the scope first and add other services only when they help your goals.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on what you need, your existing systems and the work involved. Tell us the goal and you get an itemised proposal before any work begins.

How long does SEO take?

SEO is ongoing work. Your site’s starting point, competition and how quickly fixes ship all affect progress. We agree priorities and report on the work done and the results we can measure.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Website care, ongoing SEO, software improvements and IT support can be scoped on their own or combined in a digital partnership.

Will we own the website and code?

Yes. Access, files and documentation agreed in the proposal are handed over to you, and your accounts stay in your name.

Can you work with our existing website or systems?

Usually, yes. We review what you have first and recommend improving it where that makes sense, rather than rebuilding by default.

Do you only work with clients nearby?

No. We work with businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Australia, mostly remotely. We use video calls and shared project updates, and agree meeting times that suit your time zone.

Do I need to understand technical terms?

No. We explain what needs doing, why it matters and what it costs in plain language, and we ask you to approve the scope before work begins.

How do I get started?

Send a quote request, or ask for the free SEO audit if search is your main concern. We usually reply within one business day with a suggested first step.

SEO & organic growth

Service page
How quickly will SEO work?

There is no reliable single timeline. Your starting position, your competition, how fast changes go live and how search engines process them all affect progress. We agree early priorities and review results as the work develops.

Is the free audit the same as an SEO service?

No. The free audit is a first review of your site. Ongoing SEO means agreed fixes, content work and reporting. We talk through next steps after the review.

Can you make the technical changes?

Yes, or we work with your existing developer. The proposal says what is included and who is responsible for each change.

Do you guarantee the first position on Google?

No. Rankings are decided by search engines and change over time. We focus on useful improvements and report on the work and the results we can measure.

Do we need to give you access to our site?

For most work we need read access to Search Console and analytics, and edit access to the site or a developer who can apply changes. Your accounts stay in your name.

Website development

Service page
Which platform will you use?

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or a custom build with Next.js or React. We recommend one after the brief, based on who edits the site, what it sells and what it connects to.

Will we own the website?

Yes. Accounts stay in your name, and the files and documentation in the proposal are handed over at launch.

Can you improve our current site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. We review the site first and tell you if targeted fixes to speed, structure or content will get you what you need.

Do you write the copy?

We can, or we edit and structure copy you provide. Either way you approve it before launch.

What happens after launch?

You can maintain the site yourself or take a monthly care plan with updates, backups and small edits. Both options are scoped in the proposal.

Software & automation

Service page
When should we build custom software instead of buying a tool?

When your process is specific to your business, when existing tools need workarounds, or when you pay for many features you do not use. If a standard tool already fits, we will tell you.

Can you build iOS and Android apps?

Yes. Where it suits the project we use one codebase, for example React Native or Flutter, so both platforms are built together.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, hosting accounts and documentation are handed over as agreed in the proposal, and your accounts stay in your name.

Can you connect to the tools we already use?

Usually, if they offer an API or a documented export. We check this during scoping and tell you about limits early.

How do we begin?

Tell us about one workflow that causes delays or mistakes. We map it, propose a first release and give you an itemised proposal before any build starts.

IT support & security

Service page
What does IT support include?

Remote help for your team, account and licence management in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, email setup, backups and hosting. The proposal lists exactly what is covered.

How do you move our email?

We copy mailboxes, calendars and contacts to the new platform first, then change the DNS records at an agreed time and check mail flow afterwards. We tell you the timing in advance so your team knows what to expect.

Do you replace our IT person?

Not necessarily. We can work beside an in-house person and cover gaps, or act as your whole IT function if you have none.

Can you support a team in several countries?

Yes. We work with businesses in the UK, US, UAE and Australia, and agree support hours that fit your time zones.

Do we have to use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

No. We recommend whichever fits how your team works. If you already use one, we usually improve it rather than switch.

AI & automation

Service page
Can we use an AI assistant without losing control?

Yes. We build assistants that answer from documents you approve, tell visitors when they cannot answer and pass the conversation to your team. You decide what topics it covers.

What tasks can you automate?

Common ones are sorting and replying to email, reading invoices and forms, updating a CRM, booking appointments and sending reports. We check each one against your tools before we promise anything.

Which tools do you use?

Make, Zapier, n8n, custom code and the OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic APIs. We pick the lightest option that does the job.

What data goes to AI providers?

Only what the workflow needs. We tell you in writing what is sent to which provider, and we can design flows that keep sensitive fields out.

Is the AI review separate from custom software?

It can be. Many automations need no new software at all. If your needs grow, we can move into custom software later.

Cybersecurity

Service page
What happens in a security review?

We check what is visible from outside, review sign-in and password practice, inspect your email records and look at your website. You get a plain-English report with findings ranked by risk and a fix list.

How do you protect us from ransomware and phishing?

In layers: multi-factor sign-in, device protection, email filtering, backups that attackers cannot overwrite and staff training. No single layer is enough.

Can you guarantee we will not be breached?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We reduce risk and prepare you to respond.

Can you help with compliance?

We can prepare you, write policies and run gap checks against common frameworks. Certification itself comes from an accredited auditor.

Our website was hacked. Can you clean it?

Yes. We remove malware, close the way in, replace risky plugins and add protection. Contact us and tell us what you are seeing.

Paid advertising

Service page
Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. You pay Google, Meta and other platforms directly from your own account. Our fee covers setup, management and reporting.

How do you avoid wasted spend?

We use negative keywords, review search terms and audiences often, test one change at a time and track conversions properly, so decisions rest on results.

What is conversion tracking and why does it matter?

It records when an ad click leads to an enquiry, call or sale. Without it you only see clicks, and you cannot tell which ads pay for themselves.

Should we do SEO or ads?

They do different jobs. Ads bring traffic while you pay for it, and SEO builds visibility over time. Many businesses use both. We recommend where to start after we review your situation.

Can you take over our existing ad account?

Yes. We review the account first and tell you what we would keep, fix or stop. Access stays with you.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly.

Email or use the form. We usually reply within one business day.
